Marissa

I found these photos today while I was going through my folders. I shot them a while back and completely forgot I had them, so I decided to do a little post-processing and here they are.

Jack

I shot with Jack two weeks ago but I just got around to look through the photos and work on some.
These are a few shots that I like from that night, enjoy!

zero-X

This past Friday I had  the pleasure to work with the people of Zero-X, which is an up and coming clothing company.  We did some shots for their next promo that will be showcasing some cool t-shirts.

The new logo

A few years ago when I arrived to Atlanta, I was super excited about creating Sharp Snap Photography and so eager to meet people and start shooting, but I didn't think much about the logo and the whole image/branding part of it.

I quickly whipped a logo with not much fluff to it and off I went. I used it in business cards and as a watermark for my photos.

As time has passed I decided to create a new image for Sharp Snap Photography.  The new logo had to be cleaner and more refined than the last one, yet simple so it can be used as a watermark without taking away from the photos.

After going through a few ideas and looking at different typography designs, this is our new image:

Elena

This week I had the pleasure to shoot with Elena - who's a very nice girl and she's great to work with!

I also got to test the Tamron 24-70 mm f/2.8 and I must say that I had a bit of a hard time while getting used to zooming in and out to the opposite direction of the canon lenses. I was also expecting more light from a f/2.8, but then I know that I'm comparing it with my canon 50mm f/1.4. So I think that as long as I am shooting in a controlled environment (studio or situation where I don't have to be constantly zooming in/out) I much rather shoot with a prime lens and high aperture.

This are some of the photos I took that night:
